All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance booking amount. The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if the advance is not received.
The booking amount once paid is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. If the client cancels the booking for any reason, the advance amount will not be refunded.
Rescheduling is allowed only if informed at least 24 hours before the scheduled shifting date. The company reserves the right to accept or reject rescheduling requests.
The final charges may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, distance, packing requirements, and unforeseen circumstances.
In case of unavoidable situations such as traffic, weather conditions, or technical issues, delays may occur. The company will inform the client accordingly.
The company takes utmost care in handling goods. However, we are not responsible for damages caused due to natural disasters, accidents, or items packed by the client themselves.
Transit insurance is optional and recommended. Without insurance, the company holds limited liability.
The client must provide accurate details about goods, pickup & delivery locations, and ensure proper access for loading/unloading.
Clients must not include hazardous, illegal, or restricted items. The company is not liable for such items.
Full payment must be completed before delivery of goods unless otherwise agreed.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local court.
